Product Development Services.
If an invention presented to me passes the initial review and shows the possibility of large volume of sales, I would like to offer
the Inventor assistance in taking their project to license.
My fee's are 35% of the Royalties or outright payment of the Invention for the inventor and will require a payment of $3,000- (plus G.S.T)
. With this agreement the Inventor will pay for all development and Patent costs. Contract time 6 years maximum.
My aim is to minimize the Inventors financial out lay with the maximum outcome that being a License agreement with a Manufacture for a very clever, smart designed and developed product.
